3. All the resellers are liable directly to their customers for whatever written or vocal commitments, promises or deliverables.
4. We are not responsible for any legal action between SEO reseller and End Client.
5. We are committed to provide all the technical support to our SEO reseller to manage any kind of dispute between SEO reseller and their customers.
6. All the content images and design are the legal property of SEO reseller Network and SEO reseller. Any third party has to take the legal permission before using them.
7. The content is registered according to Indian Copyright Act 99 and we follow the guidelines of Digital Millennium Act & Chilling Effects for Copyright infringement.
8. All the icons we use like Google, Yahoo, Face book, Twitter, Microsoft, and Bing are the private property of the respective companies. We use them only for promotional purpose. In Case if any company has any complaint, they can write directly to us and we will remove that within 48 hours.
9. All the cases and legal matters are subject to Delhi Court Only. So please bear in mind to file any case in Delhi High Court only, 3 Notice prior is required before filing a case.
